Samir Karahoda
In 1992 starts to work in Foto Star a photography shop in his hometown Prizren .1996 he left in Istanbul where worked as a freelance photographer,darkroom master and cameraman for different productions where in meantime started his studies.In 2003, he graduated from University of Mimar Sinan, Faculty of Fine Arts – Department of Photography in Istanbul. From 2003 lives and works in Kosovo as a Freelance Photographer, Light designer and DOP.
For two years he lectured in Institute of Photography and Film “Gjon Mili” in Pristina.
In 2007 he worked for “Narphotos” Photography agency based in Istanbul.
For five years he is a curator of short film program in International Documentary and Short Film Festival “Dokufest” in Prizren.
In 2008 published a book “Train” with the photography series of postwar Kosovo Rails.
